Colombia (Risaralda, Washed)  – 20%
Sourced from the highlands of Risaralda, our Colombian component adds a vibrant layer of sweetness and fruitiness to the blend. This coffee offers smooth milk chocolate notes complemented by bright undertones of ripe stone fruits, such as nectarine and apricot. It adds a delicate acidity and juicy complexity that lifts the overall flavour, especially when enjoyed as an espresso or with milk, where subtle caramel tones emerge.
 
Brazil (Monte Santo de Minas, Natural) – 80%
The foundation of the blend is a Brazilian coffee from Monte Santo de Minas. Grown at Fazenda Mió and cultivated using sustainable agroforestry practices through the Sombra Project, this coffee brings a comforting richness with its soft body and smooth, nutty base. Expect notes of hazelnut, cocoa, and warm spice, with a touch of stone fruit for added depth.
 
Together, these two coffees create a harmonious blend that’s smooth, approachable, and layered. Expect a comforting profile of chocolate and hazelnut, gently lifted by subtle fruit and spice.
