Toffee, Toasted Almond, Cherry
This washed El Salvador coffee has notes of sweet toffee, toasted almond and cherry.
Sourced from a farm owned by Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle, a 5th-generation coffee farmer, in Finca El Salvador. He prioritizes diverse varietals and processing methods to enhance coffee quality, increase its value, and ensure better wages for farmers.
More recently he had started a coffee school and taken on a lease to regenerate land at a high-altitude farm to run processing and infrastructure for surrounding producers where access has been precarious in the past.
This natural coffee is best enjoyed as a filter brew, which results in a clean tasting cup that is bright, crisp and complex.
