Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us at hello@perksandwhite.com with your order details.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Items that are damaged or altered cannot be accepted for return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
